What is your shipping Policy?
FOR PRINTS / MERCHANDISE
All prints and merchandise are printed/manufactured on demand. This means that they are printed/manufactured specially for you! Therefore, please allow 5-7 business days for turnaround on merchandise and 7-10 business days for prints, plus shipping time.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Shipping times vary greatly depending on your location and the current status of the shippers. Generally, shipping times range from 5-8 business days. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. However, most orders are charged at a flat rate of $19.95 for amounts under $150 and $29.95 for amounts between $150 - $300. Order values above $300 will be charged at a rate of approximately 15% of the order value calculated before discounts and taxes. All items are carefully packaged by my Canadian fine art printing partner to prevent damage during transit and shipped insured. However, if damage or loss does occur please contact us immediately and take pictures of the damage to the packaging as well as the damage to your print. DO NOT THROW OUT any damaged materials until advised by us as the shipper may request an inspection. We ship your order insured so once the damage claim has been approved we will send out a replacement piece. No cash refunds will be given for damaged shipments.

To purchase original art, please contact me through my website or directly to my email mariaisabelfleury@hotmail.com. Local free delivery or pick-up. Worldwide shipping available. Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the artwork has shipped. Shipping within Canada and the continental United States will be charged between 4% - 8% of the order value calculated before discounts and taxes, depending on shipping address. This fee covers all associated freight, packaging and insurance costs. For international shipping, please contact me for a quote.
